To start off, i was looking for a fun way to get back into collecting Pokémon again. Going to tcgplayer or any giant website is ok but the fun of opening some packs you may or may not have seen is fun too. Along with a subscription, I look around at a few different boxes. I have to say you definition get what the box is priced at. The customer service and communication is better than most online stores. Will definitely keep my subscription for a while!
I ordered a mystery box . It was for pre order . I asked when the pre order would be fulfilled . No answer . I asked again . No answer . Waited two months. No answer . Reported it to my credit card company and canceled the order .
Had some really fun products in it! Packaged really well! It was a really nice product !!

The order definitely has not been fulfilled since only the label has been created and it is still sitting in Florida. I first subscribed almost 3 weeks ago and I’m concerned I’m going to be charged for my next monthly fee package before I even receive my first box. Cool concept but so far disappointed . Customer service has been responsive to chats and emails, but the time it all has taken to still not have my first box is concerning. Will gladly change my review once I actually receive my order, but right now a 2 star at best.
